Outlook 2000 Calendar setting issues

Hello. I am running MS Exchange 5.5 using Outlook 2000 as the client. When any of my users try to change their "Calendar Work Week Start Time and End time" fields, the settings revert back to the default when they exit Outlook and reopen it. Has anyone encountered this problem?
