Hello!

We are using Outlook 2000 on Win2K. I want to import her calendar from her PST file to the exchange server calendar function without having to drag and drop each appointment into the new calendar. Is there anyway to accomplish this?

Thank you!

In Outlook, click on File, Import and Export...
Select Import from another program or file, click Next
Select Personal Folder File (.pst), click Next
Enter appropriate path to personal folder that you want to import the calendar from & make desired selection on how to handle duplicates. Click Next.
Select the folder to import from: Calendar
Select to Import items into the same folder in: Mailbox username.
Click Finish.
This is the wording from Outlook 2002. Hopefully Outlook 2000 is similar.

ok.. I just figured it out!!

Export it to a .CSV file then import it back into the exchange calendar!!!
