I have a single user who can send an email with an attachment to a distribution group. All users receive the mail and attachment, with the exception of a single person who always gets the mail, but not the attachment.

The sender has Office 2000 service packed. We are using exchange 5.5

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks.

Just a quick response and probably not the right answer but
does that one mailbox have space available for the attachment?

I believe if there is not enough space avail the total package will not be delivered, not just the attachment but I'm not positive.

much luck

Is the person who is not receiving the attachment running Office XP? If so, check out Microsoft Technet article Q290497. Outlook 2002 blocks attachments with specific extensions, such as .bat, .mdb. This article shows how to unblock.
