I am having trouble with my user's outlook programs. The office is using a combination of outlook 2000 and outlook express. The versions of outlook express range from 5.0 to 6.0. None of the versions of Outlook Express can receive attachments when sending from Outlook 2000. If anyone can help, I would GREATLY appriciate it.

OK try this....
go to MS Exchange Server Admin on your server, then go to the Connections and in here double click on Internet Mail Service. And in the first tab you see, change the message content outbound, to Plain text Jay~
