Have you tried putting an Outlook shortcut in the startup folder?

The shorcut should be to: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe" /select outlook:calendar

This starts Outlook using a command line switch to open the calendar.

oh right its that simple ok ill try that i was there thinking it was going to be some big science, thanks a lot for that bye for now ..
