Outlook 2000 Archive problem

When trying to archive my mailbox, I get a message halfway through the process which states, "Archive skips store due to error. Failed to open a source store." When I open any of the folders that should be archived, it hasn't been done because all the old data is still there.

I'd appreciate any help I can get on this one.

Hi

Check and make sure that you don't have a personal folders file listed under your Outlook folder list that is not valid (in other words, a personal folders file or archive file that you cannot double click and expand on your Outlook folder list). If you have an invalid one listed in your Outlook, remove it (under "tools", "services&quot and then try archiving again.
