Hello everyone,

This is a silly question but I am kind of determined to figure it out. Your help would be very much appreciated.

I am trying to add this animated Flag file to my signature file in outlook. When I add it, it doesn't launch, it only shows the default icon of a gif file. What settings do I need to check to have it display and be animated? It is just an animation of the american flag waving on a flag pole.

Silly stuff I know, but it would be great if I can get this figured out!

Thank you very much!

I do this a lot. :)

You have to use a Stationary file to get that to work. Create an HTML page with all the stuff you want on it. Save it and then use Outlook's stationery feature.

If you need more info let me know.

While editing your signarure, right mouse click on white space and click insert image.

click browse and find your animated gif.

ps has all the worlds flags animated

This works perfectly. Sometimes when viewing your own signature it doesn't show animation but it animates just fine when you send mail.

Send mail to yourself for a test.

Much Luck
