Outlook 2000 and STrTOKEx error

I just reinstalled my HD. Outlook 2000 will not function properly. When I open Outlook I get the following errors.

First I get

Some files added to Outlook contain macros. Be sure to enable macros when prompted to ensure that customer manager functions correctly.

Then I get

The procedure entry point STrTOKEx could not be located in the dynamic link library MSOERT2.dll

Lastly I get

Unknow error Ox9074011D An error occurred while attempting to open the Windows Address Book. Unable to find WABDLL.

I uninstalled Office 2000 and reinstalled it. It was still there.

I also uninstalled Outlook Express.

Any idea how to fix this?

I think you will find the repair fairly easy. Start by reinstalling Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.
