We have Outlook 2000 running on Windows 2000-30 people-same configuration. One computer loses the printer defaults to print emails. When you click on File and then priint to display the printer dialog box, there is no default printer listed-the box is empty. You have to use the drop down box to select the proper printer--and then Outlook does not use the printing preferences for that printer-to print to a mailbox on the copier/printer. Everyone else works fine. TIA for any help.
