Outlook 2000 all Attachments

hi guys,

I have never seen this before, A specific user gets his mail
as an attachment, if you create a new email and type test

he will get the email and the test in an attachment as txt file.

I have deleted and renew his profile and it fixes it for a while till the next time??

What do you mean *if you create a new email*? Do you mean like Reply or forward?

Or do you mean that whenever he sends an email, the recipient receives his email text as an attachment? Anne Troy

What I meant is whenever he gets any email he gets the context of whatever was supposed to be in it, as an attachment.

Only deleting and renewing hiw profile fixes it for a while and the problem returns

P.S. when he sends emails to others it's ok.

Does it matter which type of format the mail message comes in as (i.e. plain text, html, rtf...)? joegz
