I am trying to figure out how to save a list of e-mails address, so that i can import from other computers using outlook 2000.

mainly for all the computers having the same e-mail address
under services, i added outlook address book and type all the names and e-mail address on it
any chance how i can save it, like outlook express. wab file ?
only personal address book creates a .pab file, but outlook address book doesn't create one.....is it saved under .pst file ?

thanks

OAB is a service inside Outlook so it doesn't have a file.

Are you using Exchange or not, you didn't say.

Right click each contact and save to contacts (either Exchange or personal folders contacts.

Then insert the contacts into an email and send it to everyone else.

Otherwise, if you create a personal folder (pst file), put the contacts in the contacts folder of that then you can put the pst file available for use by other computers.

Yes, i am using Exchange 5.5 sever
where clients connect to the exchange.

Thanks, i will try out that

i found a way to export to an excel file and then import it to contacts from Excel file

thanks
