Outlook 2000 Addin Problem

We run Metaframe XP Feature release 1.

We are running outlook 2000 for our email client.

We receive messages when we open outlook that certain add-in files cannot be found.

We do not use any of these add-in's and outlook works properly after you click OK on the message, but I can't figure out how to get rid of this annoying message.

We installed office using the termsvr.mst file provided by microsoft.

Any Ideas?
