I have a user that is complaining that when they recieve a new email and open it, it will automatically scroll to the bottom of the message and then just sit there. After a while they are able to scroll back up to the top of the message and respond to it. Anyone ever heard of this? I've already completed all the windows (xp) and office updates, and Norton has found no viruses

Outlook 2000 acting strange

I had the same problem with a mouse once. Sometimes when working in Excel, it suddenly selects all of the cells and then goes and sits at the bottom of the sheet and then you can work again. The problem was with the Mouse. I think it was a genius mouse. Try updating mouse drivers.
