Outlook 2000 - 2003 upgrade

I have just upgraded 2000 - 2003.
As I try to open outlook it says migrating settings then hangs.

I tried uninstalling all office products and reinstalling outlook but it still trys to migrating settings.

Is there any way I can stop this without reinstalling the whole pc?

I would go into the Control Panel>Mail and check to make sure the settings are corect in there, then try opening outlook again.

ok, this data is being pulled off of the server??? Was this a true upgrade or a SMS created package?? Is anythig else working???

It was a true upgrade. Everything else worked.
That user could see their email under another login fine.

Settings were fine in the control panel>mail section

After much perseverance it went in (uninstalled and reinstalled a few more times).
