Hello all,
Im having an issue getting Outlook 07 to play nice with 1 email account on multiple machines. I want it to be able to receive all emails on each PC and Blackberry. Right now it can only receive on 1 and then it seems as if the email is deleted off of the server. I have went into the account settings and told it to save the email on the server for 14 days and then delete but I can still only receive whatever email on one of the devices.

The server is our ISP's email server, the account in question has a ton of free space on said server, it worked before on his old PC between it and another PC and Blackberry but with the installation of the New office PC, it has stopped allowing the other Home PC and Blackberry to receive all messages if they are already pulled down on the office PC.
P.S. I have tried this with another email account on two different PCs with the setting Im told should work and they dont. Pretty sure its just a setting somewhere that Im overlooking. The ISP is HTC

Try it with setting the mail account on BOTH machines to leave mail on server with "Remove from server when deleted from ..."

Chris.
