Outlook '07: Set default attachment save folder. 1

I read and save a lot of attachments. I cannot find a setting option to save them to a specified folder (this was possible in Eudora..may not be in outlook).
By default Outlook saves them to C:\Documents and Settings\My setting\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\71PZZJ9J
