Outlook 07 Calender issue!

i have a user who is having a issue with importing her boss's calender to her "My Calender". we are on a Zimber server and her boss has sent her the calender. she has accepted the calender in the Zimbra web-mail and in the Outlook"07". now how do i get it to add to her "My Calender"?
