I have a question concerning sending messages. I am using Outlook 2000, and when I put a name in the "To" field (I am only talking about internal messages), is it possible to only put the first letter of the last name and have the address automatically pop up?
Right now my work places is using cc:Mail, and when I would send a message to someone else Internally, and put thier name in the "To" field, all I would have to do is enter the first few letters of their last name and cc:Mail would pop up the rest of the person's name.
Mainly is a convinience issue. Also, is it possible to put sort the Global Address list and the W2k user list in Exchange by the last-name-first, first-name-last?? I don't like to try and find John Doe at bottom, where "Doe" would be at the top if it was sorted by last name.
Thanks.
Nick
