This issue pertains to one specific user. Somehow, th is user can no longer see their list of contacts when pathing out to a recipient address when sending a new email.
You can view the contacts in the contact folder, however,
when you composea new new email and go to use an address from that contacts list, the window is blank.
This ocuurs with this user's profile, and from any system now. That has me thinking it's a server side mailbox setting, but I can think of where that would be and how the user was able to accidentily make this happen.
Appreciate any suggestions aor thoughts on troubleshooting this issue.
