When I click the "To..." button on a new e-mail in Outlook 2002 I am told:

The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions."

However, if I click on "Contacts" in Outlook all my contacts are there!

What should I do??

Cheers,
elziko

Go to TOOLS/SERVICES/ADDRESSING and Add your contacts folder to your list of availiable addresses. *Remember.......
If you don't use your head,
your going to have to use your feet.

Go into TOOLS - EMAIL ACCOUNTS.
Under DIRECTORY select View or change existing directories... click NEXT

Select your Outlook Address Book and click on CHANGE. Check to see if your Contact address book is listed. If you don't see the correct one listed close this window out and return to Outlook.

Right mouse click on your CONTACTS folder and select Properties. Click the OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK tab and check the option Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book

Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
