Does anyone know how to create an outline in Crystal like you could in Excel by using the plus & minus used to collapse or expand a set of rows?

Let me know.

Crystal has a function called 'Drill-down'. This would let you show a number of accounts on a page with one iine each, and if you click on a line, it produced a page of details.

You can also display / suppress details using a parameter, but that needs a new report run each time.
