thanks for the reply but i didnt succeed, the fitrst one made sense but didnt work, the second one i didnt understand at all, is there some other suggestions? or describe the steps in detail, thanks alot.
 
1: Create your blue text, give it a white stroke.
2: Open the Appearance palette (Window > Appearance)
3: In the palette's flyout menu, select "Add New Stroke" and colour it red.
 
Actually, I'll change that a bit:

1: Create blue text, no stroke.
2: Open the Appearance palette (Window > Appearance)
3: In the palette's flyout menu, select "Add New Stroke" and colour it red.
4: Effect > Path > Offset Path. Check the "Preview" box, and try out different offset values until you get the effect you want.
