Hi there,

I'm wondering the best way to show a hairline or thin black border around sections of a brochure I'm working on. Do I have to create a vector based graphic in Illustrator and then place it into Pagemaker? Or is there a simple way to do this within Pagemaker. Here is an example of what I'm trying to do:

Hi, kdumas,

Thanks for the illustration - makes it much easier to understand what you want to achieve.

Select the Rectangle Tool and draw your rectangle.
Select the rectangle.
Click Element -> Fill and Stroke to create an "empty" rectangle with hairline lines.
Click Element -> Rounded Corners to choose your corners.

Align the image, text and border to suit.
Lassoo the image, text and border, and Group together (Ctrl+G)

Iechyd da! John
