I don't use Coreldraw very much, and I have a problem with getting colour to work the way I want it. In the version of CD (8) I used at my last job, the fill and outline colours showed up at the bottom right of the screen when I selected an object. In the version I use now (9), only one of these shows (and I can't remember which it is right now). Is there some setting somewhere I can choose to make both the fill and outline colour show?

they both should show - have you applied both service packs? You might have a corrupt workspace... hold the F8 key down while launching the app until you get a dialog box asking to reset to factory defaults.

I have no idea whether my boss has applied the service packs to the copy of CD on my work computer (probably not). Are these still available somewhere? (since the version is now quite old). But thank you for the tip regarding the resetting of factory defaults. I will try this as soon as I can.

yes, use your fave FTP app and hit ftp.corel.com and just drill down to the draw9 area and d/l both SPs.
