Outgoing Volume Adjustment?

Hi all,
Is there a way to increase the outgoing volume on a Vodavi Starplus DHS system phone? Possibly some sort of external amplifier? Incoming callers have trouble hearing our receptionist. I'd appreciate any information you have on the subject.

Not that I'm aware of. Is she just a soft talker, or is there a problem with the phone? If the latter, try replacing her handset.

You could use a headset (Plantronics, Jabra, etc) that have a transmit volume adjustment. That may help.
