I have two trunks setup (incoming/outgoing). I need to setup our outgoing trunk group to select the lines that it uses in a top down fashion. For example, if the lines listed in the trunk group are:
<number1>
<number2>
<number3>
I need the system to pick <number1> every time it is available before it picks <number2>. Any help would be appreciated....

Thanks!

Phoneman2,

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate the help! I did as you suggested and I dont have the TRUNK HUNT as an option. We have a Definity Prologic R6. The only thing I see that might be related is a CYCLICAL HUNT that has a Y/N field and it is currently set to Y. I'm guessing that I should maybe try changing it to N but without actually knowing what that does I hate just changing that field. Any thoughts!

Thanks Again!

When its in a cyclical hunt it starts at 1 and goes to 24 or 23 for pri trunks then stars over at 1 again. Descending order starts at 1 then 2 then 3 if line 1 is open and a call comes in it goes back to 1. Wisdom is Knowledge
