Outgoing Trunk Calls NEAX IPS2000

Are they loop or ground start trunks?
Will you be using dial 9 access or direct trunk access buttons?
Will you be using LCR (least cost routing)?

If your not using LCR,just put the trunk appearances on the phones in command 9000, you will also need to program 3018 for the 4 trunks 3018>001>0 etc then just press the line key to dial out. No need to dial 9 and inbound calls can be answered as well on the line keys.

If that is digital phones its okey. But if ur using analog phone u need to dial 9 to call outside. I'll try to set command 200<9:100 since all my trunk routes are 00.
After I test it dial out 9 the status is busy tone. I already check series of commands like restrictions on outgoing calls but all are non restricted.

CMD/route/00 = DDD default may be set to 15 = not used
3500>00>00
3018>000 (tk #)> 0 = allow direct trunk appearance. Do this for all 4 trunks. Default is not allowed.

3500>00>00 trunk route 00 = DDD
3509>00>15 incoming signal = loop
3520>00>15 outgoing signal = loop
200>9>100 dial 9 for trunk route 00
3018>000>0 allow direct trunk appearance
3000>000>00 place trunk 000 in route 00
9000>200,01>D000 place trunk 000 on button 1 of extension 200
If this does not work, then test your trunks at the DMARC ahead of the system. It's possible they can be ground start.
OR, set up another trunk route, start at route 15 since that one should be all default. Substitute route 00 settings for route 15.
