Outgoing SMTP Server

We use our ISP for our outgoing mail server and I am trying to figure out how to setup in Exchange Server 2003 where to specify our outgoing mail server. I can receive mail fine but can't send until I can set this.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
ESM, SMTP Virtual Server, properties, Delivery, Advanced Delivery, Smart host. Put their SMTP server in. Job done.
