Ran into a problem with an exchange update. outgoing failed rDNS
Firewall is managed by ISP. Want to see if what I am asking is possible. Not sure of model or IOS of firewall so I know you can't be that specific.
Client has trouble getting firewall updates happen when expected/needed so want to set up the following for testing/cutover of outgoing email
two internal severs both sending email out to internet on port 25 smtp
NAT/PAT to same external IP as originating address port 25 which works for rDNS. Incoming SMTP goes to SPAM appliance so return path not needed.
Doable?
