I have recently upgraded my customer to ISDN-PRI. Everything works great except when they make outbound calls, the called party only get the 4 extension didgits instead of the base number with the extension digits. I have programmed the number to send with all three options, but the called party still just gets the 4 digits. I put the main number on all the trunks instead, still only the 4 digits. I had SBC (the local provider) put a protocal analyzer on the circuit, and all they saw was 4 digits.
The CO is a DMS100. Any suggestions?
