MICS 6.0 with PRI: can we have an individual number displayed that is NOT the PRI main number. Example: when 222 call out on the PRI-we would like it to show a telephone number not in the same city. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Yes if you are on a PRI, you would go into Terminals and Sets, Line Access, OLI Assignment, and enter the phone # you would like that set to display.

Thank you, I thought this was possible but others were telling me otherwise.

I have a customer wanting to do a similiar scenario. I have gone in and changed the OLI number, however for some reason the number does not display the "new" number.

The lec is telling me that they are not seeing any outpulsed digits from me sending them this information...is there something else going on possibly that is blocking the info as it leaves the switch? This is on a shared PRI (Voice/Data), with 6.1 SW...

Make sure you input a 10 digit number (ex 3045551234) - most telco switches will not accept a 7 digit number.

Also check and make sure that what you are using to split the voice and data will allow the digits to be outpulsed.
