Outgoing Number Displayed

I would like to change the outgoing number displayed on caller ID. The number displayed on the customers Caller ID is our main number. Everytime the customer calls back they get the operator. We would like to display a dummy number like (000)000-0000 is this possible with the Modular ICS V4.0, and could we block this number from displaying on the ID's all together.

You can do a block on all out dialed numbers if *67 works in your area. You can set up the MICS to absorb digits for outgoing calls in Routing Tables. You may have to change how personel access an outside line to make a call depending on your particular situation.
