Outgoing mail with two domains

I have Exchange 5.5 set up with two domains. Both will allow incoming mail. When I set domain B as my reply-to address, the system administrator sends me a message telling me the msg couldn't be sent because of a communication error.

Could someone lead me in the right direction with this? [sig][/sig]
