I've tried to set up some users for POP email accounts, but their emails that go outside my domain are coming back with a no transport provider error. Their outlook accounts are set up with a check mark on the outgoing mail server authentication. And the exchange server is set up to allow routing for hosts that successfully authenticate.
The only time they can get mail to go outside my domain is when I put their ip address in the box "Hosts and clients with these ip addresses".
What am I missing?
