I have an IP office IP 500 V2 Running admin suite ADMIN8_0_18. The system has 5 inbound lines and 8 handsets 9508 Model. The system has two combo cards (6 DS, 2 ATL, 4 Pots each)installed. I have set the four additional POTS lines on the second combo card to out of service. I have checked and I have dial tone on all five lines. All lines are in outbound group 0.
The customer is claiming that they are experiencing an 8 second delay to get an outside line and they they do not always get a line.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
