I've got an Option11 system. Some of the users are complaining that when they dial digits in an attempt to navigate a voice menu, the digits aren't accepted.
The problem seems intermittent. I thought perhaps that the length of the outgoing tones may not be quite long enough for some systems.
Any ideas?
