Outgoing DTMF trouble

I've got an Option11 system. Some of the users are complaining that when they dial digits in an attempt to navigate a voice menu, the digits aren't accepted.

The problem seems intermittent. I thought perhaps that the length of the outgoing tones may not be quite long enough for some systems.

Any ideas?

What release of software are you, and what type if trunking are you using for the calls that have a problem. If you dial the # does the problem go away?
