I have a problem similar to this thread: thread959-1013567. The outgoing digits dialed are not showing up in RTD on LD calls. Local calls seem to show up. I have PRIs for local and LD T1s w/ tie trunks for LD. Does anyone have an explanation or has fixed this?

Thanks

I ended up finding a co-worker that ran into this in 2004. Nortel ended up coming back with "design intent". It turns out the dialed DN information element is not sent via the MLSM unless the trunks that are used have a d-channel. The 6.0 docs actually do address this situation in the supervisor guide as follows:

Outbound Dialed Directory Number
Description: The outbound directory number the agent dialed.
Note: This field may not be accurate under the following conditions:
?? when the (outbound) dialed DN is an internal DN that is automatically redirected by the switch
?? when the (outbound) dialed DN is an external DN going through trunks that do not have a D-Channel

Hope this helps someone else
