Hi, We recently upgraded an Isdx L from version 6.1 to version 8. Also at roughly the same time we took over the lines from BT Retail to BT wholesale. Since the upgrade also the line conversion, when an extension dials out it sends out the main outgoing number as opposed to sending the DDI before, I would really appreciate if anyone had any rough suggestions for this. I have check the EXD in class of service and we never used the presentation number service before. BT have also activated CLIP and COLP and Extn Validation data for DDI's. Any help on this matter would be gratly appreciated.

Regards
Phil

Hi

If you haven't already acquired a fix for this, then have a look at System parameter "SPEXN" within the DX ? This is listed by typing "LSSP SPEXN" in MMI. If it is set as a 0, the "DDI" number of the extension will be given regardless of EXD. If set as a 1, the main published number will be given for extensions with EXD.

Also be sure that the CLI digits being sent out to BT are exactly the same as what BT send on DDI the other way round (ie: Are the public/private numbering plans mapped correctly ?)

Best Regards

gedii.
