Outgoing CLI

I have a client who has 3 SIP lines on his system. all lines send his main number on their outgoing CLI.

for some reason he wants the 3rd line key to display his FAX number. is this possible on NS700?

It depends on the SIP provider but if they allow it you can change the extension settings screen CLIP tab to extension instead of CO and then enter the fax number there or you can change it in the SIP Gateway Port Property Main Tab under Subscriber number. Then any extension (set to CO in extension setting CLIP) using this line would send the subscriber number.

Keep in mind that most SIP providers will allow you to send CLIP only for valid DID's on your account and may have their own settings that need to adjusted to get it to work.
