Trying to set up outgoing cli on a NCP500 with ISDN2. Currently when the customer dials out they send no CLI. If they prefix with 1470 then they send a base cli. I need to set it up so one extn sends out a cli. I have tried filling in the ISDN CLIP field with the full number and with out the area code but it still wont work.

Is there another step i'm missing or can this not be done with the way the lines are set up with BT.

It sounds like BT are not allowing clear sending of you cli through their network. you can request this from BT.

Got to the bottom of this, BT were letting us send what we wanted. The system was set up to use LCR and send 141 as the access code so barring the cli from going out. The customer wanted one extn to send his cli but the rest to withhold it. SO i just got the one user to press a line key when dialing out to over ride the LCR and it works a treat.
