have an issue where one of our sites which has a LDK 100 Double Cab with two PRIBS in each card is connected to its own ISDN with 15 channels and DDI Ranges, different Phones send a different DDI dependant on department they recently added some new departments however i can not get it to send the correct DDI i am defiantly going out over the right ISDN, i have also checked with the line provider that they are allowing it there end.

just wondering if anyone had any proven/working method of sending a single DDI from one extension? i have an old old document on sending CLI on the IPLDK but tried all 5 methods with still no joy :/

any information will be of help

regards

Hi
When sending out the DDI CLI - if you have tried different methods make sure you return the values to default before trying the next programming method.

Program DDIs as per normal - PGM 231 - Flex DDI, PGM 140 FK 1- Line Type DDI, PGM 143 FK 4 - Conversion Type 2.
PGM 143 FK 12 – CLI Type – Set as Long CLI 1
PGM 143 FK 3 - Call Type – UKNOWN (default)
PGM 114 FK 21 – Set as 3, 6, 10 or the number of digits required by the exchange

In the event of having to start again to try a different option the Default settings are as follows: -

PGM 114 FK 5 – EXT
PGM 114 FK 8 – 0
PGM 114 FK 12 – STA Number
PGM 114 FK 14 – OFF
PGM 114 FK 15 – OFF
PGM 114 FK 18 – Short
PGM 114 FK 19 – Blank

PGM 143 FK 2 – Not Assigned
PGM 143 FK 3 – Unknown
