Option 11c here. Currently we have outgoing callerID showing as our main number for all numbers, but now with 911 and having several remote sites we need to be able to show different numbers outgoing for callerID. How can I do this? Is it done by making groups and assigning outgoing callerID info to each group? Any help appreciated.
