outgoing calls stopped

Hi,
I restarted the TLP11 as some calls were showing as busy all the time. After restart all lines showing free but the problem now is that i am not able to make outgoing calls from all the ext.
i tried to trace one ext while making call and it gives below output:

MDSH> call_trace -dir 60500
Number 60500 is a generic number.

-- further i restarted all media gateway but no luck.
