I have a Legeng with a PRI. I can receive calls just fine, but when I make outgoing calls I get a busy signal on all calls. I have an Adtran Ace for my CSU. I have used this in the past and had no problems. Looking for any suggestions. The provider is set up for custom.

I had the oposite problem a while ago. Customer could make calls but inbound would not work. Reset the switch a few times and it would come up fine.

But, another week later, same thing. We ended up swapping out the T1 card and has been fine since (knock on wood)

1) Is it routing properly
2) Put the Pool dial out code on an extension, and see if you can get out that way.
3) Make sure the 23 channels are in the right pool
4) Check error log for the DS1 slot

Make sure framing and coding are the same as the providers and also the protocol.

Thanks to all for the help. I replaced the T1 card, but that did not change the problem. Everything else is correct in the switch. The provider is coming on site to test.

When you get a busy signal on your end, does the called party get a ring? Test by calling your cell telephone from an extension on prem. Here is how the PRI Service provider was able to help. The PRI was ordered with Caller ID Name and Number. When they removed the NAME option on the PRI it worked. This was after 2 Day that the customer was out of service. Hope it helps on your situtation.
