Outgoing Calls on HLC4 Hybrid Card - PANASONIC TAW848

Does anyone know how to or program outgoing calls on the HLC4 Hybrid Card in a TX-TAW848 PBX Unit
I can get incoming working, but work on line 2, not sure how to change default lines on which that card answers, but im looking for help on getting outbound called working

Any help would be appreciated and dialing 9 before the number doesnt work
