outgoing calls not working for srg200

A SRG 200 is registered to cs1000 and was was working well .
carrier changed to sip . Now the incoming calls to SRG is working whereas the outgoing dont work.

everything is good on the cs1000.

can someone please advise? Is there any config changes that needs to be done on SRG because of the carrier cahnge.

or any changes on nrs required?

Arn't the phones regerstered to the PBX and it would be the PBX's programming?
