I have an IPO500 rel 9.0 build 829 - using 9608 IP phones and SIP trunks.
It sometimes takes 4-5 attempts before an outbound call connects.
I called my cell to test- I can see the inbound call but when I answer there in no voice in either direction.
After about 4-5 attempts it works.
NOTE: I was having this same issue with the ATT-PRI before I cutover to SIP trunks.
Also, the customer has a LAN with back up internet - so If one Internet goes down the other takes over.
the gateway for the IP office is a router they have programed to switch between Internet ( not sure if this might cause the problem?)
Any help or direction would be great
