Outgoing calls do not send CLI number for the provider - IPLDK

I have an IPLDK-60 with T1/E1 installed. The outgoing calls do not send the extension number for the provider, and that all calls are identified by the responder (destination number), with the number prinpal (key) of the link.

I need to get the account provider, by extension, this format and only one account is directed to the principal.


The provider says that the service "pricing and identification" by extension, is already enabled.



I appreciate any information about this program.

ISDN Station Attributes (PGM 114) is to be checked for each extension number.
Use Long CLI format:

Long: Use station CLI with PGM114-BTN19. (max 12) (use this one)
Short: Use station CLI with PGM114-BTN12 (max 4)

The programming:

Long Station CLI :
In this field write the full number to dial from thr public network (max 12 digits)

CLI Type:
Set to Long (Lng).
