outgoing caller id on pri

I have a site that has a pri and I can not get the caller id on out bound calls to send anything other than the ext. number. Any ideas? Thanks for the help. PRI info print:

For number-to-send there are three options in the Legend/Magix. Which one did you select?

Thanks for the suggestion. My problem was the exact opposite. I am only getting the 3 digit extension and connot get it to change to base number or line number. Any other ideas?
