Hey , i have a problem if you can please help , i have unify openscape 4000 v10 , i installed pri/e1 circuit to deliver 100 number with 30 simultaneous channels from telecom egypt , i assigned the one number of them which is 4542626 to ring on my internal extension telephone through rufum command , where did1 is 2626 and did2 is 3132 where 2626 is the last 4 digits of the pri number and 3132 is my office inernal number , when outgoing a call only the pilot number is diaplayed which is 2034542600 , where 2 is country code and 03 is the government code as i am located in alexandria , whay should i do so that the number that i receive incoming external calls on is the same number that appears on peoples caller id when i make external call using pri circuit ?

Ideally your internal numbers should associate with your external numbers so in your example you would have 2626 as your internal extension or even 3626.
To show a number outgoing
TRY
add the parameter PUBNUM into the relevant LDAT
add 34542600 ISDN NATIONAL into the SDAT of your extension
test

Still cant out go with the same incoming number programmed in rufum.

The rufum only uses the last 4 digits of the pri number which is 2626 as our dial plan is 4 digits.

My internal extension number is 3132.

In tdcsu the suppress parameter is 0.

The contracted pri numbers are from 4542600 to 4542699.

The number appears to people i call is 2034542600 which is the pilot number.

203 is the country + government code.

Is there is any way through pubnum , ton , npi , kndef , knfor , etc..

You need to trace to see what is being sent out -
Ask the carrier what they expect to see.
You could also use a 2MB tester if you can get access to one

sbcsu is correct.
You need the trace, to check what is being sent (use ISDN tracer from Assistant app RDS).
You need to ask the provider what they are expecting to see (and also be sure they will support transmission of the individual calling line party).

Some circuits are configured by the provider to only send the main/bearer number. So ask Telecom Egypt how they are configured.

Provider may want to see from the OS4K a calling party number of 626, or 2626, or 4542626, or something else. They may want an NPI/TON of unknown/unknown, or ISDN/National, or International, or something else. It might be the same as the called party for an incoming call, or it might not. Ask them.

But SDAT PUBNUM is the likely solution here.

RUFUM is incoming only. TDCSU suppress is not relevant for an outgoing call.

You will find it easier to see what is happening with RDS tracer.

below here is the reg you asked about:

change-sdat:3132,data1,100,,34542626,national ,isdn,,,, ,,,,,, ,, ,,traditio,;
